1. Open your web browser and browse to http://www.granbytelephone.com/. Type your email address and the default password you were assigned into the "Check Your Webmail" login at the right hand side of the page and click "Login".

2. You will now see your on-line mailbox. To change your password, click "Options" at the top of your screen.

3. On the Options page, click "Account Administration" at the bottom left of the screen.

4. You are now at the Account Administration screen, type your new password in the first space. Retype your new password in the second space. Click "Modify User." Passwords must be at least 6 characters long. Be sure to choose a password you will remember and make a note of it.

Congratulations! You have now finished changing your password. Remember, you will have to relogin to your account after changing your password.
