1. Open Outlook

2. Click on Tools and then E-Mail Accounts

3. When the E-Mail Accounts window pops up click the bullet point "Add a new e-mail account" and click Next.

4. Choose the POP3 bullet from the account types listed and click Next.

5. Enter the following information in the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window.

1. In the Incoming Mail Server (POP3) field type: mail.securespeed.us
2. In the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) field type: mail-out.securespeed.us
3. Type your complete email address in the Username field.
4. Type your password in the Password field.
5. Type your Name in the Your Name field.
6. Type your complete email address in the E-mail Address field.
7. Click Next and then Finish.

You should now be able to retrieve your mail from the new mail server.
