Granby Telephone was established in 1903 by a small group of local residents, most of whom were farmers concerned with fire protection. Over the years, the company has grown from a small rural exchange operating out of a general store to a local telephone, long distance, and Internet service provider with broadband connections and nearly 3000 telephone access lines.

Since joining the Country Road Communications family of companies in mid 2004, Granby Telephone has expanded its service offerings to include bundled packages of local service, advanced features, unlimited long distance, and high speed internet access. We also offer additional choices for long distance service and money-saving package rates on broadband Internet.

Today, Granby Telephone Company is part of Pine Tree Networks, a Country Road subsidiary that employs over 100 people in three states. Our team applies its extensive knowledge and years of industry experience to assure that customers receive modern services with old-fashioned respect and friendliness.
